Custom Order Return Policy

Because all Grappler’s Ink products are custom-made or produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, changes of mind, or incorrectly selected items.

We will replace or correct an item when:

• The item was produced incorrectly.

• The item does not match the approved order.

• The item arrived damaged.

• The item has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order and include your order information, a description of the issue, and photos of the affected item. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or correction.

Items must not be worn, washed, or altered before the issue is reported.
